OK, you're probably asking yourself, what is FLOAT? To put it simply, FLOAT is the newest convention for professionals in the field of balloon decorating, deliveries and retail. It will feature some of the industry's finest instructors, unique competitions not found at any other convention and a completely unique pricing structure never before offered in the balloon decor world.

If you register for the FLOAT convention on or before July 1, 2008, your admission fee is only $199.00. In order to keep our registration fees so low, we've adopted some concepts from our friends at Twist and Shout, the balloon entertainer convention. Why pay for classes you're not interested in? At FLOAT, you only pay for the classes you wish to take! You simply pay your instructor $10.00 for the 90-minute class before it begins. It's that simple! 

And the best part about this system is that it drives our instructors to create the best possible classes they can. After all, their pay scale is based on how many of you attend their sessions, so let's just say they're motivated to provide the newest and strongest educational packages they can!

FLOAT is also offering something completely new to the educational convention... flash classes! These bonus classes are only 30 minutes each and feature a wide range of topics not covered in our regular courses. And at the discounted price of only $3 each, it's "a whole lot of information in a little bit of time!"

Want to show your stuff off to the balloon world? FLOAT offers competitions for both experienced artists as well as balloon "newbies." Our "Freshman Class" competition series is open only to those balloon professionals who have been in business for less than five years. 

OK, maybe you're not the most artistic "stacker" but you can make an eight foot column faster than anyone. Then you'll want to enter the "Dynamic Duplet" Skills Challenge where you and a partner compete in five fun filled balloon related skills contests to take home the title of "Dynamic Duplet." And none of our competitions have an entrance fee, so you have NO excuse not to enter!
